Refunds and Returns
At Barkful, we want every pup to love their treats. Because our products are perishable consumable dog treats, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds.
If an item purchased on our website arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged or incorrect products must be made within 72 hours of receiving your package.
