Shipping policy

DELIVERY POLICY:

For our Atlanta Customers: Fresh food will be delivered frozen on your delivery date. Please leave a cooler or insulated tote out if you will not be home. You will receive a cooler/tote reminder the night before or on delivery day. Our delivery driver will be happy to place the food in your method of insulation should you leave it out for us in a safe and accessible place. Barkful deliveries take place every Tuesday. If you place your order before midnight on Monday your order will be delivered the next day. 

SHIPPING POLICY:

At the moment, we are not shipping our pre-portioned meals nationwide. Our treats are available for nationwide shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship and an additional 5-7 days for your order to be delivered. 

REFUND POLICY:

Because these are food products, we do not accept returns on our pre-portioned meals or our treats. Every effort is made to ensure that your dog food and treats arrive fresh and cold.
